SHIPPING
NEW ROCK PRODUCTS are dispatched direct from the manufacturers NEW ROCK in Spain by Fed Ex or UPS & each order is fully trackable. We will always email you the tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Shipping rates for your country are quoted at checkout. Shipping times are 5-12 working days, however, this is only a guide. Please allow up to 30 days to receive your order. Shipping is by Fedex / UPS or DHL. All of our Shipments do need to be Signed for. You will be emailed a tracking number when your order has been dispatched.
We keep this website as upto date as possible but in the event of sizes being out of stock at NEW ROCK when an order has been placed you will be contacted by email and given the date of when the size will be back in stock.
RETURNS
NEW ROCK boots/shoes that need to be returned unless faulty will be subject to a returns fee which is imposed by NEW ROCK and which we have to pass on to the customer and will differ dependant on the country you are in. New Rock Boots & Shoes.co.uk (and all other UK companies) in compliance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, are duty bound to accept returned goods within 14 working days of delivery, providing the goods are returned in a re-saleable condition. 'Re-saleable condition' means that the item has not been worn or washed,and are in the same new condition as when the item/items were sent to you, including all packaging. You can therefore request to send back your item for any reason up to 14 working days after delivery but only after contacting us for a returns authorization from NEW ROCK in Spain. A full refund of the purchase price will depend on return and inspection by NEW ROCK in Spain.
PLEASE NOTE: Carriage is not refunded unless faulty. Please ensure that the item is properly packaged, & that the correct postage is paid.
