Placing Your Order

Please search our website for the goods you are interested in using our shop menu. Once you have selected you item/items pick your delivery option & complete the form at checkout in full, follow the instructions detailed at checkout to complete your payment.


All prices are listed in Euros (€). For international orders, Paypal will take payment in Euro's and will also show the amount in your local currency at that days exchange rate.

Orders are subject to acceptance by us & to availability of goods & will be charged at the prices at the time of acceptance. Delivery costs will be those as quoted at the time of the order.
The price of the Goods shall be the price quoted by us on our website on the order page.

We reserve the right to amend any typographical error or omission to prices where reasonable to do so.


All payments by Paypal will appear as New Rock Boots Ltd.


New Rock products are delivered world-wide, insured & trackable. Deliveries for goods can be tracked via the carriers web site. If goods are in stock at NEW ROCK, we aim to deliver to you within the time frame stated. If goods are out of stock then we will supply as soon as possible, or you have the right to cancel your order. By providing us with a mobile telephone number or landline number, we shall pass on this information on to the carrier in order for them to to contact you if no one is in at the stated delivery address. By providing us with this information, you are authorising newrockbootsandshoes.co.uk to use this information for this purpose.

Order Fulfilment

We make every possible effort to update the website to accurately reflect NEW ROCK stock levels. However, in circumstances where you have ordered an item that is out of stock your item/items will be placed on back order with NEW ROCK to ship as soon as they are available.

If your chosen products are in stock your order will be processed as quickly as possible.

Delivery of in stock orders to customers are normally within 5-14 working days, but please allow upto 30 Days.

International Shipping (Non UK)

Please be aware that you are responsible for shipping costs regardless of whether you actually receive your package.  We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions, or other regulations that apply in countries outside the UK. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions. You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply to the shipment of any products to your country. By law, we are obligated to report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form. As a customer, you are responsible to comply with International, National or local laws regulating importation of products that you may purchase. It is entirely your responsibility to NOT order items that are illegal to import into your country. There is usually not an importation problem, but occasionally they occur. The risk is yours. You will be responsible for the entire package cost if it is seized and we do not get it back. 

If for any reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. If the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, you are still responsible for any shipping charges. 

If an order is refused delivery by customs due to unauthorized ingredients or contents, newrockbootsandshoes.co.uk is not to be held responsible for any losses or costs incurred by the customer. If the shipment is abandoned the customer will not receive a refund or credit of any kind. If in any case we received a return of any shipment refused by customs authorities of any country, newrockbootsandshoes.co.uk will credit the customer for the value of the unopened and un-tampered products purchased. No refund on shipping charges incurred for the return of the shipment or shipping charges sending the product.

Once the order has been shipped, you are responsible for paying for the order, plus shipping costs.

By ordering, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Customers orders are shipped by Courier. Charges are based on destination. Customers are responsible for all exported content. It is the consumers responsibility to know the laws and regulations for importing products into their country. Customers are responsible for any losses & newrockbootsandshoes.co.uk does not guarantee successful delivery due to import/export laws & regulations that the consumer is responsible for. It is the consumers sole responsibility to only order what is legal for sale in their country. Receiver is responsible for any and all duty and/or VAT.


Newrockbootsandshoes.co.uk provides an internet-based service. Therefore email is a fundamental part of our service and we will not accept orders where a valid e-mail address is not provided. Our method of communication regarding your order will be via email. We aim to answer all emails during normal working hours 8am - 4pm. Our online shopping system ensures that you receive an automated email receipt confirming your order, and any amendments or adjustments that are subsequently made. You should also receive an email receipt confirming that your order has been picked, packed and despatched from New Rock in Spain. In the event of cancellations, refunds or part-refunds, you will also receive confirmatory emails.

We make every reasonable effort to contact you by email in circumstances that reasonably require us to do so. Please enter a valid email address & check your emails frequently until your order is completed to your satisfaction so that you are aware of any notifications that may be necessary to provide.


It is your right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the Goods. If the cancellation comes about because the goods are not suitable or do not fit then you will need to pay the cost of the return postage. You are entitled to a refund or an exchange in those circumstances. If the goods are faulty or are not exactly as described then you have the right to request a refund of the return postage as well as a refund or an exchange of the goods. Newrockbootsandshoes.co.uk reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.

PLEASE NOTE, this does not include custom made items that are non returnable and non refundable in any event unless deemed as faulty & can not be cancelled once production has started.

Returns and Dissatisfaction

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you may return the Goods to us if you are not satisfied with them provided they are returned in the same condition in which they were sent within 14 working days of your receipt of the Goods. Returns are only accepted under this policy if the goods are complete with all original packaging, tags and receipts, in the condition in which they were originally sent and sellable, and the returns procedure has been strictly adhered to. PLEASE NOTE, this does not include custom made items that are non returnable and non refundable in any event unless deemed as faulty.

You may request replacement products, which we will despatch to you (subject to availability) once the original products have been returned to NEW ROCKS.

Return of faulty or damaged goods should be made by the arrangements detailed in our Shipping & Returns section of the Website; If newrockbootsandshoes.co.uk Via NEW ROCK in Spain have sent you items in error, according to your originally placed order, or if items are faulty, newrockbootsandshoes.co.uk will not charge you for return postal costs.

In all other circumstances, newrockbootsandshoes.co.uk reserves the right to charge postage costs made for exchanged or returned items.


The customer will benefit from the legal guarantee of 2 years on the products sold.
All New Rock products are designed and manufactured with the greatest possible care. However, the guarantee will not be valid if failures or damages occur due to improper use, lack of maintenance or care contrary to our maintenance instructions.
The buyer should consult the instructions and the appropriate recommendations found in the mode of employment provided with each product.


It is our intention to deal with you complaints confidentially, fairly & speedily. Please endeavour to let us know of any complaint within 7 working days if possible. If you have a complaint or any other query please ring us on 02380011748. We will endeavour to advise you what to do to resolve the complaint and we will do that within 5 working days..

Risk and Property

Risk of damage to or loss of your chosen products shall pass to you on delivery of them. Notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk in your chosen products or any other provision of this Agreement property in your chosen products shall not pass to you until we receive cleared funds payment in full of the price of your chosen products.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of this Agreement by reason of any delay in performing or any failure to perform any of our obligations if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing the following shall be regarded as causes beyond our reasonable control:-
Act of God explosion flood tempest fire or accident;
War or threat of war sabotage insurrection civil disturbance or requisition;
Acts restrictions regulations bye-laws prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of any governmental parliamentary or local authority;
Import or export regulations or embargoes;
Strikes lockouts or other industrial actions or trade disputes (whether involving employees of us or of a third party);
Power failure or breakdown in machinery.


If any provision of this Agreement is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part the validity of the other provisions of this Agreement and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected thereby.
The Contract shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

Where we sell to you under a consumer transaction (as defined by the Consumer Transactions (Restrictions on Statements) Order 1976) your statutory rights are not affected by this Agreement. 

Colour and Style Representations

Please be aware that computer monitors vary in their reproduction of colour. We strive for accuracy, all picture colours & products displayed are approximations. All newrockbootsandshoes.co.uk products are authentic and are manufactured and shipped by NEW ROCK in Spain, If in doubt over colour and sizes we suggest that you should first check at a store that sells NEW ROCKS.

Please be aware that some of the coloured leathers used in some of these products may require rubbing vigorously with a cloth to bring out the true colour of the leather as they are made with a rub off leather. You will see the true colour of the leather coming through gradually with each cleaning/rubbing.


Title in Goods supplied by newrockbootsandshoes.co.uk, shall pass to the buyer upon payment of the purchase price in full.

We are New Rock Boots Ltd trading as newrockbootsandshoes.co.uk, New Rock Boots Ltd, The Apex, 2 Sheriffs Orchard, Coventry, CV1 3PP.  You are the buyer as stated on the website order. 

Our Agreement to supply the Goods is made on the date payment is made via Paypal.

Our Agreement includes all correspondence from us to you and the descriptions of the goods as provided by us on our Website or otherwise.
